TECHNOLOGY

We continually work to improve our production process, reduce cost and optimize our use of people. Constructive use of technology has a key role in the factory and on the farm where we are also trying to bring in European technologies to generate operational and environmental advantages.

We have a state of the art manufacturing facility with equipment from leading manufacturers in Europe.

 

 

 

 

 

 

blancherWe have a chill room where the incoming raw material is stored at controlled temperature before processing and state of the art cold store facilities in India (1,000 tonnes at -18°C) and in Belgium (10,000 tonnes) for storage of finished products. Our packing and inspection areas are spacious with plenty of capacity for future growth.

PROCESS

We have adopted International food safety standards at every step of the process ensuring that only secure and best quality product reaches the customer.

Traceability back to farmer level is available and there is close co-ordination between the factory and field operations. Every activity from selection of field right through to delivery to the factory is closely monitored and documented.
